During various vacation periods, there is plenty to do at Park Berkenrhode. From Veluwe safari tours and family bingo to bicycle safaris and children's entertainment. This makes your stay at Park Berkenrhode even more fun! 

Activities 2025

• The heated outdoor pool is open depending on the weather and closed in low season. Currently, our outdoor pool is CLOSED. It is expected to open again with the Easter weekend. 
• Discover the beautiful Veluwe while hikingor cycling. Follow nice hiking and bicycling routes starting right at the park. Various types of routes are waiting for you in the homes! 

• NOW Explore the forest adjacent to Park Berkenrhode on an informative walk with experienced nature guide Lobke. This hike is perfect for those who love nature and anyone who wants to learn more about the local flora and fauna. 

  Lobke has a great passion for nature! Put on your hiking boots, bring your own binoculars, and have an unforgettable experience in the natural beauty of the Veluwe! 

  Starting February 23rd, 2025. Every Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. Adults €17.50 per person. Children 4 - 12 years old €12.50 per person.   Reservation in advance through our reception desk is required! Make your reservation before Saturday 4:00 p.m.

• Free children's entertainment available for our youngest vacation guests! Dance along to the morning gymnastics, join arts and crafts, and fun activities are organized!  Click here for more information!
• Join the adventure with the Veluwe Safari Express! Take a seat in the safari cart and be amazed by the beautiful nature surrounding our park! The nature guide will tell you everything there is to know about the impressive Veluwe area. We will gather and board at our Le Grand Café.  Adults at €20 per person, and children under 16 at €15 per person. The duration of ride is approx. 2 hours.  Making a reservation in advance through our reception desk is required. Check our activities calendar for exact dates.
• Go on a bicycle safari with guide Sander! Hop on your bicycle and join this fun informative and pleasant bicycle tour lasting approx. 2 hours. The tour will start at our reception and leads through beautiful nature reserves Sander can tell a lot about. Check our activities calendar for exact dates. Depending on the weather! Registration via our reception desk/our app is required 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. €10 per person. Children 7-12 (on own bicycle) €5 per person. Children in a child seat join for free. Bring your own bicycle or rent one early through our website.
• Will you participate in the most fun bingo session of the Veluwe? Amazing prices to be won! Will you take home the grand prize? Walk-in from 7:00 p.m. The sessions starts at 7:30 p.m. The bingo takes place at our Le Grand Café. Check our activities calendar for exact dates!
• Discover the Veluwe area in a sporty way with guidance by Sander the mountain bike Keijzer. Experienced mountain bike guide Sander Keijzer will be happy to show you the most beautiful spots of the Veluwe area during an active tour. Preceded by a short introduction, you will take on the challenge in nature. Race through forests, over heath fields, and along sand drifts. Check the calendar below for exact dates. The ride is from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Registration via the reception desk/our app is required, by Tuesday at noon. Gather at the reception desk. Adults €10 per person. Children 8 years and older (accompanied by a parent) €5 per person.    Bring your own mountain bike + bottle of water. Wearing a helmet is mandatory. Participation in the tour is at your own risk. • Buongiorno! Italian atmospheres at Le Grand Café! 🍝 From February 28th through March 2nd, our restaurant will be transformed into a slice of Italy! Enjoy a special Italian menu with delicious dishes to delight your taste buds. With live background music on March 1st.
