How do you reserve our E-Choppers?

Reserve a time block

You can then pick up the E-Choppers at our reception at your reserved time. We will be happy to explain how the E-Chopper works.

You rent an E-Chopper in time slots. Online you can see exactly when the E-Choppers are available at our location. Park Berkenrhode has 8 e-choppers and Landgoed Oud Beekdal has 6 e-choppers. In total we have 14 e-choppers and it is therefore also possible to discover the Veluwe with a large group. When you stay at Resort Valley you can of course also use the e-choppers.

Times

Monday to Friday you can rent E-choppers between 09:00 - 16:30 including fun routes from our park.

Saturday between 09:00 - 15:30 including fun routes from our park.

Sunday between 10:00 - 15:30 including fun routes from our park.

*Please note! With a day trip the range of the battery remains 50 KM. The battery cannot be charged in the meantime.

Conditions

Driver must be in possession of a valid moped, scooter or car driving license. When picking up the vehicle, all drivers will be asked for their driving license at our reception. All drivers must have this with them during the ride.
E-choppers allowed with children on the back. Permitted age: from 8 to 15 years. Maximum total weight per E-Chopper 130 kg (at the parents' own risk). Please note: The heavier the E-Chopper, the less the range.
Wearing a helmet is mandatory from January 1, 2023. The driver and the children on the back must wear a helmet. When booking an E-Chopper, helmets per person are included.
Max. kilometers to be driven per E-Chopper: 50 - 55 km.
Theft and damage waiver scheme / Own Risk: You as a renter are at all times responsible for causing damage or for theft during your rental period. The Own Risk is € 1500,- per E-chopper. You can reduce the deductible to €350 per E-chopper for €3.50, you can check this (per E-chopper) when you make the online reservation. This is not an obligation.

In case of cancellations, no refund is possible.

Le Grand Café

Let us spoil you at our Le Grand Café at Park Berkenrhode. Good food and drinks in a pleasant ambiance. We use regional products in our cooking as much as possible! The terrace is heated and has a view of the outdoor swimming pool and the playgrounds.

Want a quick snack? The Snack Counter at Park Berkenrhode offers a wide range of snacks, candy and drinks. The Snack Counter is opened every day during the school holidays. Outside of the holidays, it has adjusted hours.

Nice and convenient at Le Grand Café, a quick snack from the snack counter or a BBQ at the terrace of your holiday accommodation. An important part of a carefree vacation. Swimming pool

The heated outdoor pool is heated entirely sustainably and is energy neutral! The pool water is heated entirely on its own by means of a heat pump and in combination with solar collectors & solar panels.

Bike rental

Enjoying a great day of cycling at the Veluwe, its possible here! Simply rent a bicycle. Your steed of steel will be waiting for you at reception. Discover the Hoge Veluwe. We also offer the option to rent an E-bike.
