In the heart of the Veluwe, you will find the sustainable holiday parks of Berkenrhode. We are open year-round and thanks to tremendous growth and development, we are looking for new colleagues! We welcome vacation guests from all over the world.

We are looking for a couple for all common work at 2 small holiday parks:

Berkenrhode Landgoed Oud Beekdal currently consisting of 7 holiday homes and 12 in the future as well as 60 RV pitches which will be fully automated.

Berkenrhode Resort Valley with 40 vacation homes with a capacity ranging from 4 to 24 persons. They are small-scale but very luxurious holiday parks, where our vacation guest are pampered at hotel service level.

The distance between both parks is 1 km.

What will you be doing?

• Daily cooperation and showing initiative in supervision and maintenance at both small-scale holiday parks. Of course, you will not be doing this alone but with colleagues from Holiday Park Berkenrhode.
• Maintenance and minor repairs in and around the homes.
• Checking the swimming pools.
• Monitoring the cleaning team.
• Preparing the homes for guest arrivals.
• Welcoming guests, issuing bike rentals and choppers.
• Identifying and resolving complaints and issues.
• Host/hostess for the vacation guests.

What do you need to offer?

• Secondary vocational education level 3/4.
• Work experience in similar position is beneficial.
• One of the couple must be technically versed.
• Good written and oral skills in Dutch.
• Oral skills in English and optionally German.
• No 9-to-5 mentality and willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Good customer service is the highest priority.
• Prepared to live on-site. (2-person apartment approximately 60 m² in new condition)

What will your responsibilities be?

As an Administrative Assistant at Park Berkenrhode, you will work as part of a small, close-knit team on various administrative tasks. You have a keen eye for detail and make sure the numbers add up. Your duties will include:

• Supporting the preparation of financial statements
• Debtor and creditor management
• Registration of purchase invoices
• Processing account mutations
• Connecting ledgers
• Inventory Management
• Archiving documents

Wie ben jij?

• You have a completed a senior secondary vocational education and possess a college level of reasoning in accounting or financial administration
• Relevant work experience is a plus
• You are familiar with applications such as Excel and Word, and you have experience with online accounting packages, preferably Exact Online
• Character traits: meticulous, jack-of-all-trades, stress-resistant, and a good communicator

What do we offer?

• Salary: €1,900 - €2,750 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge (based on full-time employment)

Le Grand Café is located inside Park Berkenrhode. A stylish restaurant with inviting terraces and an adjacent pool. We use many local products because we love our food to be honest and delicious. The park's snack counter is located under the same roof. A spacious and very recently wholly renovated kitchen is centrally positioned between the snack counter and Le Grand Café. 

Due to the success and growth in recent years, we are looking for motivated hospitality workers who continuously strive for the perfect guest experience, who want to grow with the company, and who love hard work and having fun in a close-knit, young, and dynamic team.

We are a vacation park with a restaurant/cafeteria with average opening hours between 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Open all year round.

 As an interior cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our vacation homes for our vacation guests. You contribute to ensuring that the park guests get to experience that vacation feeling and can immediately enjoy themselves from the moment they enter the property.

• You will work during our changeover days, including Monday/Wednesday/Friday, occasional Saturdays, and other days to be agreed upon.
• Duties; Cleaning and preparing our vacation homes (including making beds, washing windows, cleaning bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchens and living rooms).
