What will your responsibilities be?

As an Administrative Assistant at Park Berkenrhode, you will work as part of a small, close-knit team on various administrative tasks. You have a keen eye for detail and make sure the numbers add up. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements
  • Debtor and creditor management
  • Registration of purchase invoices
  • Processing account mutations
  • Connecting ledgers
  • Inventory Management
  • Archiving documents

Wie ben jij?

  • You have a completed a senior secondary vocational education and possess a college level of reasoning in accounting or financial administration
  • Relevant work experience is a plus
  • You are familiar with applications such as Excel and Word, and you have experience with online accounting packages, preferably Exact Online
  • Character traits: meticulous, jack-of-all-trades, stress-resistant, and a good communicator

What do we offer?

  • Salary: €1,900 - €2,750 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge (based on full-time employment)
  • Pension accrual
  • Travel allowance (starting at 10 km)
  • Vacation pay (8%)

  • Flexible working hours and ability to work partly from home
  • Start with a fixed-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent contract
